Does your daughter need help finding her true self and not an image on a screen? I.T. (information technology) is a necessary component in our world. But for some and especially our younger users, it can really take over and create obsessive use issues.
Has your child been affected by online bullying? Let us help her create personal boundaries and a positive and healthy awareness. We have a professional confidence coach to help each girl grow her own talents, be content in the moment, and find her purpose.
Workshop and Why I started Stop I.T. SMOG
For girls 12-16 who want to learn about out healthy screen habits and how to enjoy each moment regardless without the ever-present cell phone. Our team will lead the girls through fun interactive activities that will help each girl create unique and fun routines that will keep her safe, productive and happy!
Camp Slovinski in Raymond Maine offers a beautiful camp with lots of fun water activities and rustic and comfy facilities The Stop I.T. SMOG program will emphasize interactive games that challenge and cultivate your child's esteem and brain health.
The camp provides roomy group cabins nestled in the Maine woods and hearty delicious food.
Did you know that spinning, swinging and dancing are incredibly beneficial to your brain? Singing, humming, exposure to good musical vibrations are also great ways to occupy and sooth the mind. Find your favorite way to better brain health with our instructors.
Your daughter can become a confident and productive young woman, on her own terms. Let her not be judged by a screen but by the sincerity of her smile!
Cathy Nichols, Founder Stop I.T. SMOG was inspired to create this program as an EMT/Firefighter, a Mom of two young men, and an advocate for natural healing.
Anna Bernburg, Founder of Dóttir Experiences brings compassion, adventure and resilience to her healthy outdoor exercises. Her breath work for brain health and wild water dips are great tools to keep the mind focused on living your life to the fullest.
